Human Operating System
Most people are familiar with the notion of an operating system on a computer, phone, or tablet. It is the fundamental software that manages a computer's hardware, memory, and processes, acting as the essential intermediary between the user, applications, and physical components. It acts as a bridge, allowing software to run, files to be managed, and input/output devices to communicate.
Humans also have an operating system, yet it is more opaque to the general population. It is the manner in which the human bodymind, based on detections of safety, danger, and lifethreat, governs the deepest and most powerful levers of physiology to determine the energy processing templates through which our experience flows.
